Another Easter, another sporadic post from me. :3
Between now and then, the most different thing that happened was FC, which was a great con. Wish it was longer (it went just too fast). And wish I hadn't caught concrud during the con. Otherwise, it was great to meet old friends for the first time (and make some new ones as well). Looking forward to return next year. :)
Anyway... Happy Easter to everyone!

The very first band I liked was ABBA. I was around 7 years old and loved a ABBA compilation record an older cousin had.
But the first band I became a really big fan (wanting all their records and so on) was The Beatles, when I was 14.
I listed to a radio special about the 20 years of Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band where they played the entire record. I was hooked! Got the record as my birthday present and that was only the beginning of my obsession.

I know it's almost 3 days after the end of the con, but as I didn't write anything about it, here it goes:
It was a blast! ...even if I missed the official fursuit photo shoot - it was already booked out hours before the end on the last day. Oh well, I'd have to show just normal pics of my newer suit then :3

The "room feeling" was a bit different from previous EFs: no need to share it with other 3+ furs. But on the plus side, no more communal showers and lots of space to hang the fursuits to dry (yay!)
It was also good to meet finally some furs on rl that I know online for quite a few years (just pity I didnt talk too long with them). And having metfurtech whose work I admire for years.
Looking forward already for the next EF :P

It's quite a while I haven't updated this thing (no surprise in that)
But as something quite unexpected happened this weekend, here I go...
I was reading a music/audiophile forum, when I checked a thread about GEMM (a site I hardly visited before).
The result of the search:
I searched this for years on ebay, but never found a single copy. And here it was, in a shop in the city I live, and for less than €2!!! The cover is in wonderful shape, the vinyl itself it's not bad either. The only down side, it's a fact I didn't know before: the 'Time and Tide' song is different from the one played in the movie (why do people need to re-record things on the released soundtrack? :/)
But I'm really happy I finally got my hands on this album. From here you can see I'm quite obsessed with Plague Dogs :3

Due to a cold weather we had some unexpected snow - for Hamburg at this time of the year, at least.
As the sun was quite inviting outside today, I did manage to make my very first snow-man ever.

Hmm. I just like to say Im still in awe after getting the newly released Low box set (A Lifetime of Temporary Relief).
It compiles b-sides, rarities and some outtakes on 3 cds (all clocking around 79min) + a double sided dvd..
All that for a bit more than a full-priced cd.. Unbelievable.
I never thought I would get these songs without paying a big fortune in ebay.
*does a happy rabbit dance*
